FG has approved religious gatherings

The Federal Government on Monday through the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chairman , Presidential Task Force ( PTF ) , Mr Boss Mustapha disclosed that religious gatherings are permitted to hold across the country due to laid down guidelines and protocols by state governments . The Chairman said it submitted its recommendations and have been approved by the President to be of effect for the next four weeks that is , from June 2 to June 29 . There will be application of science and data over places which experienced high rate of the virus and mobilisation of resources at State and Local Government areas to create public awareness and improve compilance with non - pharmaceutical interventions within communities .
